CE 704 - Responsibility in Engineering: Leadership & Diversity
Credits: (3)Course designed to help engineers, scientists, and technical managers to: understand leadership approaches that promote high ethical conduct, and to understand the ethical value and challenges associated with a diverse workplace. Key activities are: interviewing peers; analyzing current environment for potential challenges; developing a workshop related to ethics, leadership and diversity; and writing individual code of ethics.
