HIST 586 - Advanced Seminar in History

Credits: (3)
An undergraduate seminar that focuses on the intellectual principles of the historical discipline as well as the fundamental research techniques and writing skills used by historians. Each section of the Junior Seminar will center on a particular topic or historical problem. The students will prepare a research paper on a relevant subject of their choice.

Note
All history majors must take this seminar to complete the requirements for their degree.

Requisites
Prerequisite: Six hours of history courses at or above the 500 level.
