HORT 374 - Woody Plant Materials I

Identification, ornamental characters, site requirements, and use of woody ornamental deciduous trees and shrubs with special emphasis on the cultivated varieties.

Note
Weekly labs consist of lengthy walking campus tours to identify plant specimens.Two hours lecture and two hours lab a week.

Requisites
Recommended prerequisite: BIOL 198, or HORT 201.
