Family and Community Services (M.S.)



The Family and Community Services Master’s degree program, is offered as an inter-institutional online program sponsored by the Great Plains Interactive Distance Education Alliance (GPIDEA). This program equips professionals to help families and communities thrive in today’s world. This degree prepares students to manage programs and deliver quality services, as well as understand family and community dynamics and human development across the lifespan. 

Elective & Capstone Courses (6 credit hours)


At Kansas State University, a capstone course (PFP 675 or HDFS 881) is required; students may select one other course from the electives list.

Practica


Practica not required, but the courses below will support capstone experiences as determined by the student and committee.
