EDACE 858 - Field Study Effective Leadership Credits: 1
Students will analyze community college cases studies and leadership issues and make recommendations as to how best meet the challenges described. Students will differentiate among leader competencies and lenses and assess their potential relevance to addressing community college issues and priorities. Students will also examine issues impacting colleges and implications for effective leadership development.
