POLSC 507 - Introduction to Public Administration The basic concepts of public administration, with emphasis on orientation for citizen understanding; the place of administration and the role of the administrator in the American political process; the organization and activities of government in carrying out public policy; administrative functions, organization, accountability, finance, and personnel.
