GENBA 880 - Business Strategy


Through case analysis, a study of the functions, responsibilities, and point of view of general management and the problems which affect the total organization’s characters and success. The formulation and application of corporate and business strategies, specifically, analysis of interrelationships between the external and internal environments, choice of purpose, molding of organizational character, definition of what needs to be done, and motivation of resources for goal attainment.
