The graduate certificate in Business Administration is offered through College of Business Administration. The certificate is designed for non-business graduate students who want to gain basic business knowledge in five different functional areas of business. Students in the certificate program are expected to complete 15 credit hours in accounting, finance, marketing, operations management and behavior management. The primary goal of the business certificate program is to prepare any graduate student so that he or she is better able to both "speak" and understand the language of business and interact successfully with anyone in the business world.

After earning the graduate certificate, students may apply credits earned through the graduate certificate completion towards a Master of Business Administration at Kansas State University.
