The program will: 

  1. Provide knowledge and skills adequate to assume supply chain management positions in a broad spectrum of organizations.

  2. Prepare students for careers in procurement management, manufacturing operations, warehousing, logistics, and transportation management in organizations that produce, sell, and distribute goods and services to end customers 

  3. Provide knowledge of how global supply chains operate and the skills to make decisions to support strategic, tactical, and operational activities to manage efficient and effective supply chains. 

  4. Prepare students for ethical decision-making practices that are associated with managing relationships with supplier and customer organizations. 

  5. Provide a full range of coursework on how to apply analytical techniques and utilize data to better orchestrate the actions of various entities involved in the supply chain, such as manufacturers, vendors, transportation companies, distribution centers, and retailers.
