Real Estate and Community Development (B.S.)

Location(s): Manhattan Campus


The Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Community Development (RECD) program uniquely bridges community development and business. The degree prepares students to: bring together expertise in community development/social values and business/real estate (focusing on people and place) and prepare for future workforce areas such as downtown development programs, Business Improvement Districts, environmental groups, in the public, private, and non-governmental organizational sectors.
