Licensure requirements (45 credit hours)

Students planning to be family and consumer sciences education teachers must complete the approved teacher licensure program as part of the requirements for the bachelor of science in human ecology degree program in the College of Human Ecology, family and consumer sciences education. Completion of this program satisfies state of Kansas program requirements for vocational family and consumer sciences education licensure for grades 6–12.
