NE 861 - Advanced Radiation Measurement Systems

Credits: 3

Execute methods and techniques to acquire, process, display, and interpret electrical signals from the most common types of radiation sensors with focus on the complexity of gamma-ray spectroscopy and the sensing applications of detection, localization, and isotope identification.

A student may take either NE 761 or NE 861 for credit, but not both.
