DANCE 115 - Yoga for Restoration Credits: 3
Improve balance, flexibility and body awareness through an exploration of Yoga postures and breathing exercises. Excellent cross-training and recuperation for performers and athletes, this course also serves anyone seeking to strengthen their body to calm their mind. Key alignment principles and standard modifications to increase or decrease difficulty will be introduced, as will be the basics of Yoga philosophy.
