DANCE 110 - Breathe, Move, Be Credits: 3
Through gentle movement, body awareness and breathing exercises, this course introduces students to the holistic well-being, movement efficiency and creative choice-making that are the result of somatic movement education. A wonderful foundation for any movement practice and excellent recuperation from the demands of academic life, this course is accessible to those with no prior movement training and prioritizes self-knowledge, acquired through the living body.
