ART 111 - Photography, Civil Rights, Art and the Environment Credits: 3
Surveys the role(s) photography plays in society focusing on the US civil rights movement and built/natural environment. Examines examples of journalistic and artistic practices in the medium of photography that both look back, question and critique the present with regard to these topics.
