Banach Algebras (spectrum, Gelfand Fourier transform, holomorphic functional calculus); Hilbert spaces (geometric properties, Riesz’s Theorem, projections, the adjoint); functional calculus for normal operators; compact operators (spectral properties, Min-Max Theorem, Schatten-vol Neumann classes); Fredholm operators; other operator topologies on B(H); unbounded self-adjoint operators.
