Examines program management and leadership issues in occupational and agricultural safety and health. Topics include business aspects of safety and health, management functions, workforce involvement, program development, motivation and leadership, program evaluation, ethics of safety and health, responding to the needs of a diverse workforce, and innovative program management for changing economic and societal contexts.
