AAI 842 - Strategies in the Stewardship of Licensed Pharmaceuticals and Biologics in Animal Health

In this course, students will learn about the role of regulatory affairs in the stewardship of animal health products. The topics covered include expected activities primarily post product approval, compliance, strategies for supply management, product life cycle management, risk management, and the role of industry in policy development. Communication with various stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, research and development, manufacturing, and marketing and sales are covered. The course will consider practical issues in regulatory affairs. Students may participate in case study exercises.
