EDSEC 210 - Careers in Family and Consumer Sciences Education-1

With a focus on family and consumer sciences (FCS) education foundations, FCS framework, FCCLA, FCS branding, and professional practice, this course explores the principles in planning and organizing family and consumer sciences curriculum and career pathways.  The course introduces professional practices that support curriculum design elements and instructional methods unique to programs that emphasize technical skill proficiency and competency-based applied learning.
