BIOCH 266 - Elementary Organic and Biochemistry with Home and Virtual laboratory

Provides an understanding of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, and digestive metabolic systems.

Note
Three hours lecture and four hours of lab a week. The weekly lab exercises have two components: 1 in-home, hands-on experiment, and 1 virtual laboratory experiment, per week. In total the class will encompass 11 in-home and 11 virtual experiments.
