GEOL 605 - Introduction to Aqueous Geochemistry Credits: 3
Application of chemical principles to geological environments. Emphasis is placed on aqueous systems. Topics include acid-base and redox reactions in natural environments, geochemical kinetics, surface water and groundwater sampling, analytical geochemistry, and data analysis.
Note Three hours lecture a week.
