GEOL 530 - Structural Geology Credits: 3
Mechanics of the earth’s crust; origin and interrelation of structures of the Earth. Students learn to identify the main structures, to interpret and integrate them in a regional geodynamic context. In addition, students learn to collect field data and to do quantitative analyses using stereographic projection.
Note Two hours recitation and three hours lab a week.
