SPAN 735 - 20th- and 21st-Century Spain Credits: 3
Contextualized discussion and analysis of contemporary Spanish literature and cultural life. Course may be focused on a theme or genre (e.g., the Generation of ‘27, the Spanish Civil War, the Franco dictatorship and transition to democracy, feminism, or immigration).
Note Develops ability to interpret and craft complex, abstract language. Reading- and writing-intensive class.
