DAS 506 - Undergraduate Cancer Research

Credits: 1

Independent mentored research on a cancer-related research project. Includes three seminars covering an introduction to cancer and cancer research, responsible conduct in research, and keeping laboratory notebooks. Students will present brief oral and/or poster presentations on their research project and its relevance to cancer.

Prerequisite: The student must have received a Johnson Cancer Research Center Undergraduate Cancer Research Award (CRA) prior to enrolling for the credit.
