Fundamentals of equine health care and practical experience with the procedures routinely performed by horse owners in the overall management of their horse’s well-being. Topics covered include basic anatomy and physiology, recognizing and managing disease conditions and emergency situations, and preventative management strategies and treatment options for a variety of health-related issues.
