ASI 210 - Intro to Animal Biotechnology Credits: 3
This course is designed to provide undergraduates in the College of Agriculture hands-on experience in molecular biology and associated problem-solving for applications in agriculture. Students will learn the basics of laboratory book maintenance, pipetting, dilution and concentration calculations, DNA and RNA extraction and amplification, and protein isolation and quantification.
