AGEC 615 - Global Agricultural and Economic Development Credits: 3
This course covers contemporary challenges in global development, with an emphasis on agricultural issues. Students will analyze problems using economic models, and develop empirical skills by learning key data collection concepts, and working with survey data. Topics include poverty, technology adoption, agricultural policy, health, and program evaluation.
Note Three hours lecture per week.
Requisites Prerequisite: AGEC 315 and AGEC 500.
Prerequisite OR Corequisite: AGEC 501.
