ASI 621 - Dairy Cattle Management

Integration of biologic and economic aspects of dairy production with dairy farm organization, planning, operation and analysis. Field trips, dairy farm analysis and case studies will be used to supplement lecture material.

Two hours recitation, two hours lab a week.
