CNS 641 - Construction Estimating

Credits: (4)
Understanding estimating procedures, quantity surveying, specification reviews, pricing of an estimate, market analysis, subcontractor and supplier solicitation, and risk management, following the CSI format.

Note
Two hours recitation and six hours lab a week.

Requisites
Prerequisite: CNS 325 and 540. Concurrent enrollment: CNS 645. Prerequisite or concurrent enrollment: CNS 642.
