Examines ways to establish and maintain a positive learning environment in elementary classrooms and specific strategies to address misbehavior. Emphasis is placed on creating an effective management system, establishing a positive learning environment, addressing individual and group motivation, and preparing to deal with misbehavior.

Requisites
Prerequisite: EDEL 410, 411, 412, 413, and 414. Concurrent enrollment in EDEL 460, 461, 462, and 463.
