FSHS 535 - Divorce & Child Custody MediationCredits: (3) This course focuses on mediation as an approach for couples wishing to create divorce settlements through a cooperative, confidential, and private process. Divorce and child-custody is considered as a family problem and not a legal problem. It addresses the psychological, financial, and legal dimensions of divorce in conflict resolution settings.
Requisites Prerequisite: CCONRS or RCATS or instructor permission.
