CHE 350 - Electronic Materials

Credits: (2)
Structure of materials, with particular emphasis on metals and semiconductors.  Mechanical, electrical, and magnetic properties. Multiphase equilibrium and modification of properties through changes in microstructure.

Two hours recitation a week.
