ASI 396 - Dairy Cattle Judging

An introduction to the principles of evaluating dairy cattle on the basis of their physical characteristics. Interpretation of the official dairy cow unified score card. Training includes preparation and presentation of oral defense on one’s placing of four cow classes.

Requisites
Recommended prerequisite: ASI 102 and 106.
