AGEC 570 - Food Manufacturing, Distribution and RetailingCredits: (3) Advanced study of the economic and business aspects of the food industry from processing to distribution to retailing. Emerging trends in nutrition, food consumption, food safety and supply chain arrangements along with management and marketing issues in the food industry will be studied.
Note Three hours recitation a week.
Requisites Prerequisite: AGEC 318 or MANGT 420, and AGEC 515 or MKTG 400.
