An exploration of the organizational aspect of the industrial/organizational psychology discipline provides coverage of relationships between individuals, groups, and organizations; how organizational factors contribute to individual behavior; and how individuals affect groups and organizational functioning. Emphasis on traditional topics such as work motivation, job satisfaction, and other attitudes, leadership, communication, socialization, organization, and job design.
