Event Management Undergraduate Certificate

The Event Management Certificate is a 15-credit program designed to provide students with essential knowledge and skills in event planning. This certificate is available to all current undergraduate students or as a stand-alone certificate. The certificate is designed for individuals in the industry with need for upskilling to continue to progress in their career or other students or other professionals who are looking to transition into the event planning discipline. The Event Management Certificate can be completed by degree-seeking students at Kansas State or obtained as a credential on its own (free-standing). Students who do not intend to become a candidate for a bachelor's degree at Kansas State University must apply for admission as a non-degree, certificate-seeking student.  A cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher across the 15 credit hours is required for graduation.  Additionally, each course must be completed with a grade of C or higher.
