Strength and Conditioning Minor

The Strength and Conditioning Minor provides an interdisciplinary pathway for students to develop the applied knowledge and practical skills required for sport performance enhancement and human movement optimization. The curriculum prepares students to meet the eligibility requirements for the National Strength and Conditioning Association's Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) examination and equips them for diverse career opportunities in athletics, fitness, and clinical settings. This minor emphasizes integration of exercise science principles and hands-on learning experiences that promote professional competence and career readiness.
