The fifteen credit-hour Undergraduate Certificate in Supervisory Management is focused on the development of management skills applicable to businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and governmental organizations alike.  Students will gain practical expertise in human resource management, labor relations, and business law, as well as foundational management techniques.
