The Nonprofit Leadership Graduate Certificate builds student capacity to exercise leadership within the unique context of a nonprofit organization. Students will gain skills in leading change and teams in mission-driven organizations, raising funds, navigating board relationships, championing a cause, and engaging volunteers.
After earning the graduate certificate, students may apply credits earned through the graduate certificate completion towards a Master of Public Administration at Kansas State University.

Admission Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 minimum GPA in the final two years or approximately the last 60 credit hours. Exceptions granted for 2.8 GPA on probationary status. This admission requirement is in line with the requirements for the MPA program. Graduation Requirements
Current graduate students will complete the core curriculum and elective requirements, outlined above. Upon completion, students will complete the Graduate Certificate Completion form from the Graduate School. Students only seeking the Nonprofit Leadership Certificate will complete the application process, outlined by the graduate school. Approvals will be administered by the Nonprofit Leadership Program Director at the Staley School. Required Courses
