Offered through the Mathematics graduate program, the Graduate Certificate in Applied Mathematics is intended to introduce students from mathematics, science, and engineering to a common foundational set of tools from modern mathematical analysis, and prepare students to use these tools for the analysis and solution of mathematical model equations arising in interdisciplinary research.

This certificate may connect with one or more master degree programs. At the recommendation of the academic program, students may apply credits earned through this graduate certificate completion towards a graduate program at Kansas State University, provided that all Graduate School policies are fulfilled.
