The Dietetic Internship pathway to the Master of Science in Food, Nutrition and Health (MSDI) provides supervised practice experience in conjunction with the M.S. degree to enable baccalaureate degree graduates of Didactic Programs in Dietetics (DPDs) the opportunity to fulfill the experiential requirements to sit for the Registration Examination for Dietitians.

The Kansas State MSDI can admit up to 15 students annually. The 12-month program consists of three full-time semesters (summer, fall, and spring) in which academic coursework and supervised practice are completed in unison.  At times students will be expected to be in supervised practice sites four days per week, while enrolled in additional graduate courses.
