The goal of the Veterinary Medicine Sustainability Certificate program is to prepare graduates to develop sustainable clinical practices, promote sustainability among their clientele, and engage the public in the area of sustainable animal health.  A sustainable veterinarian promotes continuing animal health and food production through profitable and resource-efficient practices that create satisfying lives for veterinarians, staff and clients.  Completion of the program will provide graduates with the knowledge necessary to enhance the sustainability of practices, clients, and companies with which they work.
