Through the Leading Change Graduate Certificate, you will engage in leadership learning and development needed for social innovation and systems change. You will develop the capacity to navigate increasingly complex environments and challenges and gain transformative skills to exercise leadership in your personal, professional, and civic life. The coursework will prepare you to lead change across teams, organizations, and society. Admission Requirements
- All students are required to meet the general university admission requirements.
- Exceptions granted for 2.8 GPA on probationary status.
Graduation Requirements
The minimum grade requirements for certificate programs are the same as those for graduate degrees. For graduate credit, the grade in a course must be C or higher. To remain in good standing, a student must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
