Advanced Air Mobility Systems Graduate Certificate

The next milestone in the ongoing evolution of the aerospace sector will be the introduction of disruptive automated and autonomous technologies in crewed and uncrewed air traffic management systems, including innovative, sustainable, and intelligent aerial platforms to carry people and commodities. The Graduate Certificate in Advanced Air Mobility Systems is created to give students the knowledge and abilities they need to pursue a rewarding career in the emerging advanced air mobility (AAM) industry. Students will learn novel automated and intelligent autonomous solutions that will enable a safe, efficient, and integrated airspace where uncrewed aerial systems can fly alongside crewed aircraft.

Admission Requirements
A bachelor’s degree, official transcripts for all undergraduate coursework (minimum 3.0 GPA required), official transcripts for all graduate coursework (if applicable), and a curriculum vitae. While not required, two letters of recommendation and highlighted industry experience can be used to improve an individual’s application. GRE is not required.
Graduation Requirements
The student (a) must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, (b) must not be on probation, (c) must have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher, (d) must meet all the requirements of the Graduate School, the student’s academic program area, and the student’s supervisory committee, and (e) must be enrolled during the semester in which the degree requirements are completed.
