Admission to MBA program

A student can apply to the graduate school and be admitted to the MBA program upon earning a >= 3.000 GPA in at least 80 credit hours of their undergraduate degree.

Technical electives must be comprised of the following:

• C or better in either CIS 520 , CIS 525 , or CIS 625 .
• C or better in either CIS 598  or CIS 642 . Students taking CIS 642  must take it for undergraduate credit and take CIS 643  the following semester as an unrestricted elective.
• Three courses taken for graduate credit from the following list:

1. CIS 732 - Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition 
2. MIS 670 - Social Media Analytics and Web Mining 
3. At most one of:

• MIS 665 - Business Analytics and Data Mining 
• MKTG 880 - Applied Marketing Analytics
