Horticulture and Natural Resources with Specialization in Urban Food Systems (M.S.)

This specialization focuses on sustainable agriculture, food systems project management, grant writing, horticultural science, and safe food production in an urban environment. Students will gain a systems-level understanding of urban food systems and the cultural, political environmental, and economic roles within them.
