Community Planning Minor



The minor in community planning is for students who wish to expand their knowledge of community planning and development processes. The minor is open to all majors and is especially suited for students in architecture, business, engineering, landscape architecture, political science, sociology and others interested in the quality of life in communities. To earn the minor in community planning, students are required to complete 15 credit hours of planning courses with grades of C or better.

Criteria for admission


Students may declare this minor by contacting the LARCP Advising Liaison. To receive certification of the minor, declaration must be completed before enrolling in the 9 credit hours of planning electives.
