A four-year program is offered with concentrations in piano, organ, voice, strings, wind or percussion instruments, music theatre, and composition.

The requirements for all options are: (30 credit hours)
Additional Requirements for Music Theatre option (63-66 credit hours)
Theatre (19-20 credit hours)
Participation for Credit in a Large Music Ensemble (4 credit hours)
Instrumental or choral, depending on the major performance area is required for each semester (4 credits). The large music ensembles are: Additional Requirements for Vocal Performance option (60-62 credit hours)
- Primary Language (totaling three courses in one language) Credits: (4-5)
- Second Modern Language (one course) Credits: (4-5)
Participation for Credit in a Large Music Ensemble (8 credit hours)
Instrumental or choral, depending on the major performance area is required each semester.
The large music ensembles are: Additional Requirements for Instrumental Performance option: Strings, Winds, and Percussion (57-59 credit hours)
- Two semesters of a Primary Language Credits: (8-10)
Participation for Credit in a Large Music Ensemble (8 credit hours)
Instrumental or choral, depending on the major performance area. The large music ensembles are: Additional Requirements for Keyboard option (55-57 credit hours)
- Two semesters of a Primary Language Credits: (8-10)
Participation for Credit in a Large Music Ensemble (8 credit hours)
Instrumental or choral, depending on the major performance area is required for each semester (8 credits; only 4 credits required for the music theatre option). The large music ensembles are: Additional Requirements for Music Composition option (55-57 credit hours)
