AGRON 930 - Quantitative Genetics

Deduction of the consequences of Mendelian inheritance for the simultaneous segregation of multiple genes in populations. Topics include single/multi-locus models, sources of variation, resemblance between relatives, linkage/association mapping, genomic prediction, parameter estimation, response to selection, and inbreeding/heterosis.
