ANTH 369 - Archaeology of Death and Burial

Credits: 3

Examines a wide range of topics related to death in prehistory, across culture and through time, and look at the ways that archaeologists use cutting edge technologies to study the dead in the past. The ethics, politics, and legality of excavating and analyzing prehistoric burials and other ritual sites will also be addressed.
